Radio Adelaide Interview: Mental Health within the Music Industry

Not too long ago Georgy Rochow and I sat down with Mel from Packed Lunch at Radio Adelaide to talk all things mental health in the music industry.

We cover topics such as: the impacts of social media on musicians; barriers to seeking help; people and organisations that are great role models in speaking about mental health and supporting the music industry; how mental health is looked at within the music industry; the role that men have in speaking up about mental health; and some self care tips for people wanting to improve their mental wellbeing.
